Safe Practices

Hackers, phishing, and people that will take anything you post and expose it are enough reasons to consider safe practies in all Web 2.0 activities. Always stay safe...think about everything you write. Imagine walking down the hall and seeing the Vice President. Would you share certain pieces of personal information with him? Then don't do it on-line. Would you tell a neighbor private company details? Then don't do it on-line. Would you give a stranger your SSN or bank account? Then don't do it on-line. Last thing, would you give a pedifile private information which would put your children in harm's way? Then don't do it on-line.

Be smart, be safe. Before you join the Web 2.0 train, become informed. Review On-line Safety Practices. Think about your words. Web 2.0 is open to the world, therefore so is what you say.
